These terms of sale govern every purchase made on avelisseofficial.shop. They are offered to you as a consumer buying at a distance, and they sit alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
1. The seller
Brosak LTD, trading as AVELISSE, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13067482, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: support@avelisseofficial.shop.
2. The product
We sell the AVELISSE Split End Trimmer, a battery-powered personal grooming appliance for home use on hair, available in Pink, White and Black. The essential characteristics of the product, its price and its options are set out on the product page. Photography and video are illustrative; minor variation in colour and finish is possible.
3. Price
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) on the product page and include applicable VAT where it is due. Shipping is free, so the price shown at checkout before payment is the total amount payable to us. Any import duties or taxes charged by authorities outside the European Union are payable by the recipient. We may change prices and promotional offers at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.
4. Placing an order
You select your variant and quantity, review the order summary at checkout, and confirm payment. Confirming payment places a binding order. Before confirming, you can return to any earlier step to correct your details. We send an order acknowledgement by email immediately; the contract of sale is concluded when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
5. Order acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where delivery to your address is not possible, or where the order appears fraudulent. If we do, we will tell you and refund any amount already taken in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Shopify's secure checkout and our payment providers. We accept the methods shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.
7. Delivery and risk
We deliver to the United States, Canada and Europe. Estimated delivery is 5–8 working days, and shipping is free on every order. Full terms, including tracking, address errors and lost parcels, are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of them. Ownership passes on full payment.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day you — or a third party you nominated — received the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly by emailing support@avelisseofficial.shop before the 14 days expire; you may use the model form below but you do not have to. You must then send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof that you have sent them, using the same means of payment you used. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product. 9. Conformity and legal guarantee
The goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Where the product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the consumer law of your country of residence — including, in the EU and the UK, the statutory conformity guarantee — at no cost to you. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. These rights are free of charge and are not affected by anything in these terms.
10. Safe use
Use the product as described in the instructions supplied with it. It is intended for use on hair only, by adults, for personal domestic use. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use contrary to those instructions.
11. Complaints
Write to support@avelisseofficial.shop and we will acknowledge your complaint and work with you to resolve it directly.
12. Applicable law
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
