1. Who we are

avelisseofficial.shop (the "Store") is operated by Brosak LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13067482, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By visiting the Store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, or the order appears fraudulent — and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is free. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but not for orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Product information and intended use

The AVELISSE Split End Trimmer is a personal grooming appliance for home use on hair. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the product, and we may improve or change specifications over time. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that every description, image or piece of content is entirely free of error.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store — no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, no scraping or automated data collection, no unlawful or infringing use, and no submission of harmful code. All content on the Store, including text, images, video and the AVELISSE name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Content you submit

If you send us a review, photo, comment or idea, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with the Store and our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and is not unlawful.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Third-party links

The Store may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order. We may suspend or withdraw the Store, in whole or in part, at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
