This policy explains what personal data Brosak LTD ("AVELISSE", "we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from avelisseofficial.shop, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We are the data controller for that data.
Data we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if provided, and the contents of any message you send us.
- Order and payment information: what you bought and the outcome of the payment. Card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and processed by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the store.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, and to handle returns (necessary to perform our contract with you).
- To send order and shipping notifications (contract), and marketing emails only where you have consented — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To screen orders for fraud and to keep the store secure (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
- To measure and improve how the store performs (legitimate interests, or consent where cookies require it).
- To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make the store work, and only as far as they need it:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and hosting.
- Payment providers — to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners — to deliver your parcel.
- Email and analytics providers — to send notifications and understand site usage.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where legally required, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally six years). Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for resolving your enquiry.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@avelisseofficial.shop. You may also complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store and cart to function, and — with your consent where required — cookies that measure performance and support advertising. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break parts of the store.
Children
The store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
